“ Wonderful service by caring employee and manager!! I am sorry I just don’t know their names. I had an issue placing my order on the app last night on 2/29/2024 (my fault entirely). I had intended to place two separate orders but was not successful, completely my fault as I’m very new to the the McD app. The employee and manager (I don’t know their names) listened carefully to my explaining, smiled warmly, were very polite and quickly and kindly corrected my order. I appreciate your time and kindness and for helping solve my issue today. Thank you. ”
“ This review is strictly to thank MATHEW for his great customer service, when placing this issue on him, when confronted at the first window of the drive thru.......Placed an order Sunday afternoon, they did not include a quarter pounder meal within this relatively large order. I called and was informed that they would put the order number and the name for a comp of the meal missing, whenever we can make it back over to this McDonald’s. I just got back home from going through the drive thru to get my quarter pounder and was told they would NOT be able to help me even with being able to give them the order number and name on the order (so someone isn’t doing their job either the drive thru employee or whomever was suppose to write our name and order number down for this meal). This review should not get Mathew in trouble for performing great CS due to the fact that if he didn’t......this would have been a much differently rated review! ”

As it is, they consistently deliver high quality service during each visit. We ran into a mobile order/user error issue. The manager and the staff are quick to action, care about their customers, and sent us home happy. Thank you! If all McDonald's locations are like yours, then we are all good to go! ”

“ Orders are always correct, which is a big thing. My only complaint is that the drive thru lane is too small for a truck, but thanks to COVID, I just use the curbside pickup. Update: They reconfigured the drive thru lanes, and now my truck has no issues. ”
“ Fast service ! I don't know what's happening to McDonald's recently, but it is hard to find a clean fast friendly McDonald's in the area. Definitely this restaurant will be the one to visit anytime that I feel eating some good delicious chicken nuggets ! Friendly staff , my order was taken fast , my food was on point. Restaurant was super clean, I saw a lady employee going over the tables to see if they were clean, huge points for that . I noticed some other McDonald's in the area where standard of cleanliness don't seem to be a priority but this place really impressed me ”
